POLICIES
The Inn at Union Pier is opened year round except for Christmas.
Check-out is 12:00 noon and check-in is 4:00 p.m.
If you expect to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
Keep in mind that Michigan is on Eastern time!
An innkeeper is on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
We do request a 50% pre-payment at the time reservations are made.
One night stays require a 100% pre-payment.
MasterCard, Visa and Discover are gladly accepted.
We do not allow pets.
Children over 12 are welcome.
Smoking is allowed on outside decks and grounds only.There is a two night minimum stay on weekends (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun).
On certain holidays, The Inn at Union Pier does require a three night minimum stay.
Those holidays are New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July & Labor Day.Cancellation policy is two weeks in advance for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will receive a refund of deposit only if we can re-book the room.
All cancellations are subject to a $ 21.60 cancellation fee.
Group reservations of four or more rooms are subject to a four week cancellation policy.
